Anything you send by the above commercial delivery services, such as UPS, Fed-Ex,
Airborne, etc., should be directed to the street address.

Please address checks and correspondence to this address; it works more
efficiently than the street address. We pick up our mail once daily at
6:00 AM. When using the Express Mail service of the USPS, it is
particularly critical to use the above mailing address, as we get such packages
almost six hours earlier in the day than Express Mail packages delivered to our
door.

Even if you're having the samples sent by some third party, please, please write
up instructions, fax them to the party actually sending the samples and make
clear to the sending party that your fax must be included with your
samples.
